10:00-10:45 - Centre opens, track setup, all racers to help

10:45-11:30 - Driver's briefing & open practise

11:30-15:30 - Race
-
15:30-15:45 - Break for race results to be compiled and 'best shell' judging

15:45-17:00 - Prize giving and track packup
Other info:

Provide own transponders for each car/change between cars where necessary. There are two available for £3 hire from the club, first come first served but if you have fewer PT's than cars, then you will be required to change over PT's between cars in the pits during the race

GRCC operate the AMB RC3 system, so a MyLaps RC4 'Hybrid' (2 wire), AMBrc DP PT / equivalent MRT one. Limited club transponders are available on a first come first served basis. Please check your PT works before the race starts. Race Director cannot accept responsibility for miscounted laps due to faulty PT's

Tables and chairs will be provided but please bring pit towel to protect the tables
Race Rules

Winning team will have recorded the most total laps over the 4 hour race time

Car changeover to take place in the allotted transfer area, no two team cars to be on the track at the same time. Old car to be picked up and new car to be placed where the old car was picked up from

Each team must provide a marshal on track at all times
-
It may be necessary to pause the race to make track repairs, so please stop car when instructed
-
Failure to comply with the race rules will result in a verbal warning in the first instance, lap docking in the second instance (at race director's discretion, not less than 20 laps), and disqualification in the third instance
